The RBC Qualifier Mortgage gives you the opportunity to borrow the
amount you need by leveraging the existing equity in your home. It can

You must have lived for a minimum of one year in your home and be the
registered owner to qualify for this type of mortgage. The rates are
competitive and you will have the option of selecting from a range of
interest terms, including 3, 4, and 5 year fixed rate, closed and
RateCapper.

also provide you with the opportunity to save on interest costs and build
equity faster with our prepayment flexibility policies. For example, you
can double-up the mortgage payment (minimum $100 to the equivalent of the
monthly payment) on any or every payment date. You can also increase
mortgage payments up to 10% once every 12 months. Finally, you can pay
down up to 10% of the original mortgage amount once every 12 months.
