PAUL PELLAND REAL ESTATE AGENT

Paul Pelland Takes His Real Estate Career To The Next Level

Paul Pelland, shown on the left being welcomed to the Royal Lepage firm by Broker/Owner. Alex Dumas, is already recognized as one of the ‘Top Producers’ in the real estate market Valley East and Capreol. His role as a member of the Board of Directors for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization is also an important role that Paul has taken on with great enthusiasm.

Born and raised in Hanmer, where he still resides, Paul is committed to the continued growth and development of this part of this part of the region. Since entering the business in 1993, Paul has been instrumental in showing people the attractions of living in Valley East and Capreol.  The families he has helped get established in this area are all extremely pleased with their decision to locate in this family-oriented community.

There are two main reasons why Paul Pelland decided to join the Royal Lepage team. First of all, as stated by Alex Dumas, “Paul has a proven track record in this industry. He has worked the streets of Valley East and Capreol for over twelve years and knows the value of houses in that area of the city. When we decided that we wanted to have Royal Lepage develop more of a presence in Valley East , we knew that adding Paul to our team would be a very positive step in the right direction.”

For Paul Pelland, joining Royal Lepage offers him an opportunity to take his career to a whole new level. “Royal Lepage is the largest full-service real estate firm north of Toronto . They have 70 agents in Sudbury alone, and Alex Dumas is known as being a true broker in every sense of the word. He is here to provide his agents with support and service. He is not there to compete with us for sales.”

“But the most important reason I wanted to join the firm is because with 11,000 agents from coast-to-coast, Royal Lepage handles 75% of all corporate transfers in Canada . There are hundreds of people in Toronto ’s head office who do nothing else but coordinate these transfers,” Paul continued. “The City of Greater Sudbury is entering a tremendous boom because of mining developments, and many people are transferring to this area as they are being relocated by their companies. The Valley area has all of the right attractions for people coming into the region, and I am confident that I can provide many of these newcomers with exactly what they are looking for in a home. I want Valley East to become the preferred community for people who move to the City of Greater Sudbury . By doing that, it will make Valley East and Capreol even more attractive for people who already live in the City who are looking to purchase a new home.”

Indeed, Paul Pelland has another huge advantage when it comes to helping a client find the right home. He is a mortgage specialist with Caisse Populaire and is authorized to arrange and approve mortgage applications. Therefore, not only can he help his clients find their home, he can help them finance the mortgage at rates that are among the best in the country. He also provides a free home inspection, valued at $400, prior to closing any deal so that there are no surprises down the line for his clients.

For Paul Pelland, the days to come will continue to be filled working hard to help Valley East continue to grow and develop while at the same time helping turn “houses into homes” for everyone who wishes to settle in this community.
