Angel Doyle Will Pass On Title of Miss Capreol During 2006 Pageant On January 29

The 9th Annual Miss Capreol Pageant will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2006 . This year the event will be held at Our Lady of Peace Parish Hall beginning at 7:00 p.m. Miss Capreol 2005, Angel Boyle, who is  shown in the above photo, will pass on her crown to one of the nineteen contestants, aged 14 to 20 who will be vying for the honour of being the new representative of Capreol.

The young lady selected as Miss Capreol 2006 will represent her hometown at the newly founded Miss North Ontario Regional Canada Pageant to be held in Sudbury in June 2006.

During this exciting two-hour stage show, contestants who participated in the Little Miss Capreol Pageant in the fall of 2005 will accompany contestants are they are presented in evening wear. To prepare for the pageant, all participants must take part in a personal interview with the judges; perform scholastic testing; take part in a lifestyle competition; and do some public speaking. They are now attending rehearsals to put the show together.

The contestants for Miss Capreol 2006 are as follows: Angel Poitras, Ashley Brownrigg, Ashley Boucher, Ashley Labonte, Cassandra Harpe, Catherine Colasimone, Gwen White, Jenna Thompson, Kim Horsfall, Kimberly-Ann Harpe, Laci Jones, Lyrissa Moore, Marlee Charette, Natalie Pharand, Nichole Southwind, Sydney Osmar, and Vanessa Zatylny.

Tickets for this event can be purchased at Bella Boutique, Lynn ís Place or at the door on Pageant day for a general admission of only $5.00.

Everyone is invited to come out and support the contestants while enjoying a very exciting production.
