The Easter Seal Society,
Ontario
will be hosting a Gala Dinner Event at the Steel
Workers Hall starring Joey Nicefero of The Canadian Tenors and the Ida
Sauvé Dancers. This Gala
event is a prelude to the 24th annual Easter Seals Telethon
airing on
Sunday April 2, 2006
.
Local businesses will be donating items for a
silent auction and door prizes. Last year, we raised over $3,100.00
dollars from our auction and it was a direct result of the generosity of
local businesses.
Together,
with numerous volunteers and support from the community, Easter Seals has
earned a reputation for excellence.
Our partners do make a difference in the
lives of physically disabled children and their families by supporting
much needed fundraising initiatives.
Tickets are $75 each and are available at the Easter Seals Society Office,
887 Notre Dame Ave., behind Midas Muffler. For more information about
