The Valley East Skating Club will be hosting the Sudbury
Regional Interclub Skating Competition at the Centennial Arena from
Friday, January 13, 2006 to Sunday, January 15, 2006. This event is held
in Valley East every four years and consists of over 300 skaters competing
in a full range of age and skills categories. Boys and girls from as young
as 6 to as old as 18 will be putting on a spectacular show of talent for
spectators all weekend long.
On Friday evening, beginning at 6 p.m., the Precision Line and
Synchronized Skating teams will put on their show for hundreds of
appreciative fans. Tickets are only $3.00 per person and are available at
the door. Weekend passes are available for only $6.00.
The competitions continue all day Saturday and Sunday at Centennial
Arena.
