HEAL OUR LAND NATIONAL WOMEN’S PRAYER WAVE – SATURDAY 6TH MAY, 2006

On Saturday  May 6th, 2006, thousands of women will gather together in cities and towns across Canada, answering the call to pray as instructed in 2 Chronicles 7:14

The ‘Heal our land National Women’s Prayer Wave” is an interdenominational prayer event for women of all ages across Canada .  The objective is for at least one Heal Our Land prayer service to be held in each province, and Territory.   Prayer events will be happening at the same clock time within each time zone across Canada, beginning in St. John’s Newfoundland, followed by Halifax and so on  - “like a giant prayer wave from sea to sea.

The Purpose of this event is to provide an interdenominational prayer event for women to glorify God and seek His healing touch for our nation, providing an opportunity to transform the spiritual landscape of Canada and make a positive impact in the cities and rural communities across our country.

Local area women are planning this event for our community, and Women’s Ministry leaders in local churches are being encouraged to ask participation in this up coming event.

The “Heal our Land Prayer Wave” event in Sudbury will be held at Glad Tidings Tabernacle, 1101 Regent St., South , Sudbury , Ontario , on Saturday May 6th from 1 – 3 PM .

The Sudbury area team is excited about this opportunity to pray and worship in unity and faith and extents a warm welcome to all Christian women in the area to seek God’s healing touch for this community and nation.
