CAMPBELL ’S CHUNKY SOUP SCHOLASTIC AWARD WINNERS VISIT THE MALL ON MARCH 14

Three members of the Sudbury Wolves were on hand at the Hanmer Valley Shopping Centre on March 14 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

They are to be  honoured as the Campbell ’s Chunky Soup Scholastic Award Winners and were set up at Desjardins’ Food Basics to sign autographs, meet the general public and promote Campbell ’s Chunky Soup products.

Campbell ’s Chunky Soup provided complimentary autograph sheets and youngsters were welcome to have their photo taken with the Wolves’ star rookies.

The players, from the left: Chris Abby, Ryan Crouch, and Gerome Guidice have all been recognized this season for their academic achievement despite performing at such a high level of competition. In the photo with the players is Bill Nurmi, Territory Development Manager for Campbell Soup Company Ltd.

Ken Desjardins’ owner of Desjardins’ Food Basics, and Gary Doyle, owner of Doyle’s Food Basics, have sponsored the Wolves for the past two years and are recognized as the Official Grocer of the Sudbury Wolves.

This was a great opportunity for hockey fans of all ages to meet these players and wish them well as they prepare for the playoff round.
