WEDDINGS

Ron Gladu feels that a wedding is one of the most important events in the life of a man and woman. For that reason, he and Lise spend a tremendous amount of time to make sure that everything is perfect when it comes to capturing the memories of that day forever.

When you select a 'Wedding Package' from Ron Gladu Photos it is customized to meet your needs and your budget.

"We know that it takes a lot of money to put on a wedding," explained Ron. "We also know that some people have a limited budget when it comes to their wedding portraits. That is why we take the time to sit down with each couple and come up with a plan that allows for them to stay within that budget and yet capture the most important moments of their wedding day."

Ron often has couples coming to see him after the wedding has taken place, almost in tears, asking if there is anything he can do to "fix" the photos that were taken by a well-meaning relative or friend. Sometimes he can correct the problems, and other times he must sadly tell the couple that there is nothing that can be done.

"Regardless of where you get your photos done, there are two things you must remember," advises Ron, who has been a professional photographer for the past thirty years..

bullet"First, you should always get the most expensive wedding package you can afford. This is not a place you should be cutting corners since these are portraits that will last a lifetime. Fifty years from now you will still be looking at these photos and you want them to be memorable. You spend a lot of money on flowers, food, wine, limousine services, music, etc. - none of those will be around fifty years from now. They only last the single day. Your photos last for the rest of your life"
bullet"Second, don't hire a 'once-in-a-while' photographer for a 'once-in-a-lifetime' event. Amateur photographers all have good intentions, but when you consider the importance of a wedding, you really want a professional who knows what he is doing. There are too many things for an amateur to consider and too many things that can go wrong. You don't get a second chance to take a good wedding portrait."
