Fairy Garden...I found an old chair at a yard sale, took out the
seat and used chicken wire to form a container that would fit into
the hole. After lining the chicken wire with moss, I filled it with
potting soil and added my sun loving annuals. There's even a
tiny tea set sitting in the middle of the flowers, so the Fairies
can enjoy an afternoon break.

A few years ago I was travelling through Southern Ontario with
good friends. During one of our many pit stops along the back
roads, we came upon an antique store that had this ladder standing outside in the pouring rain. It had my name on it! The van was already full, but we managed to squeeze this ladder inside. Thanks Colleen
and Peter! It's found a home with my Bleeding Hearts.
The old pair of work boots once belonged to one of my sons.

This birdbath is a focal point in my main perennial bed.
My friend's husband who made my two Budha statues
also made this beautiful bath. Thanks Paul!

This long narrow strip, that sits mainly in the shade all
day long, has become a hosta bed.

An old metal shed that sits at the back of the yard once
had it's roof caved in due to an excess amount of snow one winter.
We braced the roof with 2 x 4's and I use it as a potting shed
and store a lot of my yard art in it during the winter.

This squirrel bench was brought home during the same trip that
my old ladder was picked up. The piece of driftwood behind
it was a sovenir from a friend's camp. We dragged it about
1/2 a mile behind a paddle boat.

My passion continues to grow as I add Yard Art to my garden.
This metal windmill found a home in my perennial bed in 2002.

My newest addition this year (2006) Tipsy Pots!

Another new addition this summer (2007)!
I just can't resist a good laugh in the garden.
