                8-10 mushrooms
              
              
                1 tbs. butter
              
              
                2 tbs. minced onion or green onion
              
              
                1/4 tbs. worcestershire sauce
              
              
                1/4 cup bread crumbs
              
              
                1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
              
              
                2tbs. water
              
              
                salt & pepper to taste.
              
              
                 
              
              
                Preparation:
              
              
                 
              
              
                Pre heat oven to 350. Wash mushrooms under running
                water. drain on paper towels. Pull stems from mushrooms and chop
                finely. Melt butter in skillet over med low heat; add chopped
                mushrooms stems and onions. Saute until tender. Stir in
                worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs. cheese, salt and pepper.
                Sprinkle salt over mushroom caps and fill with mixture. Put 2
                tbs. of water into shallow dish and arrange mushrooms. Bake for
