Tequillaberry  Salad

This salad is so good that you can't get enough! The recipe doesn't
call for them but cherry or grape tomatoes are good added in! Wanda
saw your salad on your blog...sounds delish too!!

1 head lettuce
1/2 head cauliflower
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb. fried bacon...usually I get the Morrel chopped Bacon in the
bag (it's uaually by the bacon bits at the store) I use one bag.

Dressing
1/3 cup Buttermilk ( or whole milk )
2 cups Hellmans mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar ( or splenda )

Mix dressing ingrediants.
Chop Cauliflower fairly fine.
Chop lettuce into 1" squares or so.
Toss it all together and Wa la.

Cauliflower chops up easier if you just shred it from the whole head
rather than breaking the flowers off separately.
Get ingredients all ready first, then toss just before serving.
