PIZZA  MACARONI  BAKE

1 package (7 1/4 ounces) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
6 cups water
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
1 package (3 1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
 
Set cheese packet from dinner mix aside. In a saucepan, bring water to a  boil. Add macaroni; cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until  meat is no longer pink; drain.
Drain macaroni; stir in the contents of cheese packlet. Transfer to a greased 13 inch by 9 inch by 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with beef mixture, pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Yield 6-8 servings.

Crunchy Chicken with Ham Sauce


1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup OR
98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 cup milk
6 boneless chicken breast halves
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup chopped cooked ham
6 cups hot cooked noodles

Directions:

MIX 1/3 cup soup and 1/4 cup milk. Lightly coat chicken with flour.
Dip into soup mixture. Coat with crushed stuffing.

PLACE chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle with butter.

BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done.

MIX remaining soup, remaining milk, cheese and ham in saucepan. Heat
until cheese melts. Serve with chicken and noodles.
